The building of Settler’s Green was a major commercial advance for the White Mountain region of New Hampshire. Included in the multi-acre complex was Settler’s Green retail shops and a new 210 room Sheraton Hotel, now called North Conway Grand Hotel.

Both the architectural and Interior Designs of the hotel reflect a crisp interpretive style with a traditional overtone. Interior work included all public spaces, restaurants, and an indoor outdoor pool amenity. The overall complex has seen tremendous growth throughout the years and has become a year round destination. 

Also in the scope of this project was the Phase One design and implementation of Settler’s Green outlet store campus.
