Magik Resort is a planned multi-acre destination resort to be located directly on the Caribbean coast.

As with all sites in this region, the prime challenge is to design with long and narrow lot sizes. This creates a series of stacking multiple programs from entrance to beach front. Guest arrival will be located at the property’s mid-point flanked by a fitness center and meeting/convention facilities. Site distribution to six guest buildings, (all four stories) will follow a lush pathway with boundary service roads. The guest buildings will be interconnected by an expansive meandering river/pool system, culminating at beach front entertainment hubs.
