The MIT / University Park Hotel is a 210 room 4-star hotel, located in MIT’s University Park Complex.

The design goals were to maximize a high-tech theme in keeping with the persona of MIT, while maintaining a unique and comfortable setting. Large sweeping gestures, floating ceiling panels and back-lit wall partitions create a warm and commanding presence. These themes combined with smaller details such as inlaid computer chip armoires, back-lit circuit board lights, and a blue lit elevator cab present an expressive adherence to the design goals. A second floor 8,500 sf executive conference center creates an urban porch which spills onto a grand rooftop garden.
